Refund policy

Returns. Send anything back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging, and we refund the item to the card you paid with. Start a return by emailing us with your order number; we reply with a prepaid label.

 

Opened Corbies. A Corbie that has been out of its bag can be returned if it is unmarked. Series Corbies that have sold out cannot be exchanged for the same colourway, because there are no more.

 

The Set. The Case, the Corbie and the Desk Perch in a Set can be returned together or one at a time. Returning one piece refunds what that piece cost after the Set's 10% off.

 

Damaged or wrong. If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 14 days and we send a replacement at no cost. You keep or recycle the damaged one.

 

Refunds reach your card within 10 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is refunded only when the mistake was ours.
