Shipping policy

Orders ship from our studio within 2 business days, in a padded mailer. Every order gets a tracking link by email the day it leaves.

 

Rates and times. Checkout shows every shipping option for your address, with its price and how long it takes, before you pay. Within the United States most orders arrive in 3 to 6 business days; tracked international orders take 6 to 14.

 

Duties and taxes. Where the carrier supports it, duties and taxes are shown at checkout; elsewhere they are paid on delivery.

 

Drops. On drop days, orders ship in the order they were placed. A sold-out colourway is never sent as a substitute.

 

Lost or late. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us with your order number and we will trace it or send a replacement.
