Terms of service

These terms cover buying from Finial. By placing an order you agree to them.

 

Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars and include any discount shown in the cart. If a price on the site is wrong, we tell you before we ship and you can cancel for a full refund.

 

Stock and drops. Series Corbies are made in limited runs. A colourway marked sold out is not coming back. We don't hold stock in a cart; it is yours when the order is placed.

 

Offers. Automatic discounts apply in the cart: any 3 Corbies take 10% off, any 6 take 20% off, and a Case, a Corbie and a Desk Perch bought together take $11 off. Each item takes the best one offer it qualifies for. Offers can end without notice but never change an order already placed.

 

Using the products. Corbies are small figures and are not toys for children under 3. The Case protects against everyday knocks, not every drop.

 

Images. Product pictures are digital renders. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the object.

 

Liability. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

 

Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
